UNBOX CHILD LABOUR
Agency: VCCP Spain
Client: World Vision
THE CHALLENGE
The international NGO World Vision needed a simple, low budget idea that could make everyone concerned about the situation of thousands of children forced to work from an early age.
How can society be concerned about child labour?
The international NGO World Vision needed a simple, low budget idea that could make everyone concerned about the situation of thousands of children forced to work from an early age.
THE IDEA
What happens before the “unboxing” of any product?
We used one of the most popular categories on YouTube: unboxing videos. Before the viewer could actually watch youtubers unboxing certain products, we placed pre-rolls that showed the “boxing” that happened before.
These videos were segmented depending on the type of product (fashion, technology, etc.), and helped us to show the harsh reality of the boys and girls who work preparing them.
