We all live surrounded by energy in our daily lives. And, despite reading about the watts we spend monthly in our electricity bill, most of us don’t really understand our use of energy.

We all live surrounded by energy in our daily lives. And, despite reading about the watts we spend monthly in our electricity bill, most of us don’t really understand our use of energy.
THE IDEA
We collaborated with the studio Espada y Santa Cruz and created 1kWhat?. A device for the platform Better Energy for Europeans, that helps everyone understand their energy consumption and how much a kilowatt can actually do.
The device works with a counter that marks when the kilowatt has been used.
We took the 1kWhat? to different schools, where the professionals of the future could learn the true impact energy can have in their future jobs.
