THE RESEARCH
I wanted to learn more about the user I was going to write for, so I did some research before anything. I needed to know what device elderly users would be using in order to imagine possible scenarios, so I read some studies about the use the elderly give to technology (sorry, the study I’ll be linking is in Spanish)
I took the data I found to a User Persona Canvas to help me identify some of the possible pain points the user could find along the journey to buy some contact lenses. I then took those conclusions to a Microcopy Canvas, where some interesting ideas about how the message should be structured started to appear.
