THE RESEARCH
For this challenge I’ve wanted to do some empathy and investigation work before putting my (copywriting) hands to work. I wanted to focus my message on the main benefit the users would be getting from this new functionality, so I filled some user persona files from possible grocery store clients.

THE SOLUTION
I quickly realised that saving time would be the main driver, so I designed and prototyped my messages accordingly.
