THE RESEARCH
On this occasion, I used Jane Ruffino’s Microcopy Canvas as a tool to help me understand better the user’s situation. It was pretty clear that renting a car is not an enjoyable task.

THE SOLUTION
I designed my message to be concise and direct, irritating the user as less as possible and helping him to solve the problem asap in order to finish his task. I came up with slightly different approaches to design the message.
